The flexible cover means I can keep a pen in it. The size is small enough to carry or put in my backpack and big enough to hold useful information on a single page. I really liked the color and quality of this notebook. It is very solid. The color is a perfect navy to be used for men or women. I intended to gift it to someone, but my daughter snatched it up to put in with one of her gifts to a guy friend. I would purchase this notebook again.

This product is exactly what I needed!I cannot comment on "sturdiness", etc yet, but it seems as if it will stand the test of time.I am "prepping" this notebook as a journal for a camping trip by adding pockets inside the covers, and note cards and stickers to embellish my handwritten notes. So far, it is perfect.
