I have tried loads of wellies in shops and online. None have fitted. Why is Jileon different?

Quite simply, we don't make normal size wellies, just wide fitting boots. Therefore everything from our soles to the bend in the ankle and the lower calf shape are designed for curvy feet and legs. 97% of people can find Jileon boots to fit.

How large are wide calf wellies?

Typically any welly above 40cm calf circumference is classified as wide calf. We have specific ranges for everybody from 40cm up to 57cm. Most of our boots are expandable so you can adapt them to fit your exact leg size.

I struggle to get wellies on and off. Are your boots easy to slip on and off?

All of our boots are wider fitting in the ankle and foot making them easy to slip on. For these ankle wellies, we also have elasticated sides making them even easier to slip into.

Why would I need ankle wellies?

Ankle wellies are an ideal option for those quick jobs outside, trips into town or for walks in the spring and autumn when it is damp, but not too muddy. They are so easy to slip on and look great with a pair of jeans. A perfect wardrobe addition.

Are all wide calf wellies larger in the foot and ankle?

No, this is a common misconception. Most manufacturers claim to make wide calf wellies, but do not then expand the rest of the boot to meet the needs of wide calf customers. Our unique boots are truly wide in the calf, foot and ankle.
