My wife uses a curved desk from CRT monitor days where the monitor is about four and a half feet away and raised on a 6 inch shelf. She couldn't get her dual LCD's close enough to be happy without taking them off the shelf. But then the remaining desk space was very minimal... After searching around for a dual monitor adjustable stand. I had about decided to put off the purchase. Other stores listed with $100 plus price tags and generally poor reviews. I couldn't really understand what about them was costing so much. Or inversely why this one was priced so much lower. Although no reviewers mentioned it, I suspected plastic or very poor fitment. The package arrived early and hey..This box is heavy...I unpack and behold...There is no way any of the other items I looked at are built more sturdy than this. Reviewers stating 'Heavy Duty' are right. Steel and Steel and some more steel is what this thing is made from. Nothing flimsy here at all. The only concern I had was reviewers mention of the torque on the tilt adjustment bolt to keep big monitors in place. I looked at it and thought if needed I would take it apart and put a serrated washer on some piece to help hold things in place. But just a VERY good tightening did the job. I mounted the stand on the FRONT of the raised shelf on her desk and the monitors are now arms length +6in away. No adjustments to the stand were required to mount this way. The clamps cleared by about 1/4 inch. Height is adjustable in about 1 and 1/2 inch increments but only by unscrewing two phillips head screws and sliding the mount up or down the vertical pole. I don't think this will be a problem . I never adjust height on my monitors and as far as I know she doesn't either. It took me about 40min to install, including removing the stands from the monitors(and cleaning the desk). The only issue I had was the adjustable arms were a tight fit onto the vertical pole. It actually took a bit of pressure to get them on. It scratched the pole but not bad. A little wiping and all looks ok. Everything else was set up and go. About 5min of adjusting for the best view and wife is smiling. After about 4hrs now my wife is reporting that the setup is great. Hey, Wife is happy = me is happy. The only improvement I can see that would make this a better setup is if the vertical pole had a cutout near the top like the one at the bottom where the wires go in to let the wiring come back out instead of out the top as designed. I didn't route the wires inside the pole because wires coming out the top would be a visible detraction from an otherwise clean setup. Overall this purchase seems like a really good value compared to the other options I looked at. I would certainly recommend this stand, Amazon, and Value Max to other potential buyers. I just didn't have any problems and the result is excellent.

I'm just going to pile it on! This stand is fantastic. It is very sturdy, it's adjustable, and it comes with enough hardware to suit just about any installation need.I selected this stand over others because it has the ability to route the cables through the center of the main stand/pillar. It's a great option for a clean look, and although this product does not have the quick-snap feature to just drop the monitors into place once you've positioned the stand, I think it's well worth it in the long run. I mean, you only install the monitors once, but you have to look at messy cables every day.I used this stand to support two older DELL 20" (4:3 1600 x 1200) monitors. These are not the widescreen type so the space between them need not be as large; so in order to keep them from protruding way out onto the desk, I removed the smaller section on each arm. This brings the monitors to within one inch of each other if I push the arms all the way back. If I'm willing to pull them forward a little, they easily come together at the seam. The stand is clamped onto an IKEA Galant desk which is about 3/4" thick. To install it, I simply positioned the mounting bracket in the middle setting and tightened the eye-bolts almost as needed. Again, these are the older 4:3 screen-ration monitors, so I needed a stand that could go as high as possible so that the viewing angle on these would not put a person looking downward. This stand accomplished that beautifully. With the arms positioned on the highest setting on the center-pole, I get about 9" of clearance below these monitors, which is what I wanted.Overall, I am very pleased with this stand. It's sturdy, looks great, it offers flexibility in installation, all of the joints can be tightened/loosened as needed, and the hidden cable-management just becomes icing on the cake!

SIIG has made a really great quality heavy duty stand here and done so at a perfect price point. Let's just get that said up front.I put away my non-VESA compliant LG 24" 16x10 monitor, which I loved, and purchased two Planar 24" 16x9 touchscreen HD screens, and this stand with it. I was concerned about the arms being long enough to enable me to easily reach the screens come Windows 8, which was "the whole idea" but I worried for nothing with this unit.It comes packed very well and looks great coming out of the box. All matte black, heavy, with sturdy arms and equally secure joints. And plenty of those joints, making the thing capable of just about any configuration you want, including swinging either monitor to portrait without having to remove and re-mount. Nice value add. It tilts, rotates, does everything I could have asked it to do.It is very easy to install, since the arms themselves with backing plates are already set up. All you have to do is slap them on the desk with the sturdy adjustable C-clamp, mount your monitors, route your cables, and away you go. I simply wrapped my DVI cables over the arms in the back and you can only see them in between the monitors hanging neatly on either side of the base pole. Clean as a whistle.The tilt pivot on one of the arms was loose when I first attached the monitor but a quick look enabled me to see where to pry off the very well designed cap over the allen bolt, and tighten the bolt with the included allen wrench. Problem solved. The wrench fits all bolts necessary so no extra tools needed except a Phillips for the actually backing plate to monitor hookup.I have a thin desk, so I simply took a block of wood a little wider than the clamp across and about 2" thick and placed that into the clamp under the desk. Tightened it, and it's not going anywhere. The system looks so state of the art it's absurd!You cannot go wrong with this stand. You couldn't best it at double the price. Click "Buy". Escogí este soporte por su bajo costo y porque se ajustaba a lo que necesitaba.El soporte esta hecho de metal, es muy robusto y pesado, acorde a lo necesario para soportar ambos monitores.Los anclajes se ven de muy buena calidad sin embargo ninguna de las 2 tiene recubrimiento para evitar dañar el escritorio en el que se ponga.Las uniones viene cubiertas con unas partes de platico y estas si se sienten de material barato, para ajustar la movilidad del brazo es necesario retirarlos y se pueden romper el intento como me paso a mi. Por suerte el paquete tiene unos repuestos pero no es solo un par de cada tipo (son 2 tipos) y en mi caso uno de ellos ya venia roto.Un punto a su favor es que vienen incluidas todas las herramientas y tornillos necesarios para poder hacer la instalación y el ajuste de las tensión es muy fácil.El tubo al que sujeta el soporte tiene varios hoyos para ajustar la altura de los monitores pero para hacerlo es necesario quitar los tornillos que los mantienen en su lugar. Esto puede ser algo pesado si lo intentas ajustar con los monitores ya puestos.También tiene pasacables para que la instalación sea de lo más limpia.Fuera de los pequeños detalles no tiene queja alguna.

Great price and a lot sturdier than they look in the photos, they can easily support 27" monitors and have even mounted a set of 30" for testing which I think is probably their limit even though the product description says up to 27".

Really a fantastic monitor mount. At this price, it offers plenty of functionality and positions. I love being able to turn a screen out to watch something while I may be at my couch or working in the kitchen. The mount is very sturdy. I have a 24" monitor on one end and a 22" on the other. I don't see any problems upgrading to 27" which I intend to do in the future. The height is adjustable, but requires unscrewing two screws, not a huge deal as I didn't spend hundreds on a premium mount. The base which rests against the desk is padded so it will not scratch. All screws snugged up without issue and all required hardware was included. Cable management is holes are available though the back of the stand and out the very top. Due to the configuration of my desk I found this was not required. I do, however, use the built-in clips leading to the monitors along the arms of the mount. Overall a fantastic product. The product's bigger than what the photos lead you to believe. No issues with the stand leaning or other issues reported. I have three monitors on my desk and walk close by regularly and no longer fear knocking over a monitor to the floor. I also love all the desk space I've gained back. It really gives my setup and phenomenally clean look to it. I'm really enjoying it.

Ya llevo alrededor de 3 semanas usando el soporte para mis dos monitores Samsung curvos de 24''. Ha sido uno de los mejores aditamentos para mantener mi escritorio ordenado además de proporcionar mayor espacio para trabajar cómodamente.El material se siente bueno y resistente. Al armado es muy sencillo, en la caja se incluye todo lo necesario. Una de las cosas que más me gusta es el manejo de cables, ya que incluye unos pequeños soportes para sostener los cables, y además estos se pueden pasar por en medio del soporte principal.El ajuste de altura es bueno, sin ser muy práctico, ya que se queda ajustado con un par de tornillos incluídos, por lo que cambiar la altura no será muy práctico.En fin por el precio considero que ofrece excelente calidad y funcionalidad. 100% recomendable.
