Sharp and Handy
This is my second purchase. I liked it so much I bought one for a friend in CA. It has two features that make it extremely useful. 1. Small size, fits on keychain. 2. Sharp. I Used to carry a Ken Onion Leek as my EDC and still carried it for a while in addition to the Nitecore. Not any more. 90% of the time, the Nitecore is what I use. The LED light isnโt that great, but it was a bonus item. I bought an additional 100 blades so I should be good for a while. I suggest watching a YouTube video on blade replacement. Itโs not difficult, but it is very sharp and takes a few replacements to get it down.

Good pocket knife
A lot smaller than i thought. The packaging even says XS. If there were larger ones available I'd definitely get larger but it's not the worst thing in the world. The name on the item is in a nice tight spot so this thing is easy to show off. It's packaged sharp so be careful. Easy to replace blades. It does what they say it does. My only real complaint is that it doesn't lock open. It has a spring assisted stay that somewhat keeps it open when you do open it but will fold closed if you push it closed. For performing minor surgeries on your own, this is disappointing. Not being able to move against the flow of the blade limits your movement if you are in need of a knife. For a surgical copycat this is a real let down. But it is a pretty cool pocket knife with replaceable blades.

Extremely functional, don't expect to do heavy cutting with it.
It's exactly what it looks like. An extremely light weight way to put a scalpel blade on your keychain. I use mine to open packages and do those little things that always seem to go easier with something sharp and haven't had a problem with it. It's not especially heavily built, so don't expect it to hold up to anything strenuous. But as long as you are reasonable it should last forever. As a bonus replacement blades are dirt cheap and easy to find, 100 of them should cost less than $10. The flashlight is bright but not why I bought this. $30 seems a bit steep, but I also haven't seen something like this much cheaper either. ๐คท

Awesome backup knife, definitely not a main blade.
This is not a primary EDC blade. This is for small, surgical precise cuts, or for use when you can't have a larger blade on you. It's a No.11 scalpel blade. It's sharp as, well... a scalpel. You can find blades real cheap. Use needle nose pliers or forceps to change the blade. It's so lightweight, it can easily be carried anywhere. I carry it on my keys. But it is so small one could concieveably use it as a collar stay, it is that small. It has never opened on its own, as it has a leafspring "slipjoint" back spring. The only faults I can see are the following: it's expensive (but clearly well made). It's diminutive size prevents a decent grip (but the diminutive size is what makes this thing awesome) and finally the worst of all its faults... if you don't close the blade carefully, it wanders out of the slot, and the edge catches on the handle "scale" (liner?) Now this is easily solved by being careful when you close the knife. But if it's dark, or you are drunk, closing this knife improperly can result it a scalpel blade tip sticking out from your keys. It could be a bloody mess. This is a small inconvenience compared to the utility this tool offers. This has not stopped me from carrying this on my keys everyday. If you appreciate this knife for what it is.. it's awesome. It's literally scalpel sharp, and you can fly with it if you remove the blade, and just stop at a pharmacy or hobby store and get some #11 scalpel blades. This is my backup edge. Sometimes the backup to my backup. But if I only have my keys on me, I at least always have a knife and a flashlight (the little Wuben rechargeable bugger also found on this site). And occasionally no matter what my primary pocketknife is that day, it calls for a precise cut that only a scalpel can deliver.

Scalpel
Bought it as a keychain knife. Itโs too lightweight and flimsy. Uses small replaceable blades which are extremely sharp. Not really handy for daily use.

Top notch quality
I love this little knife, in fact so much that this is the second one I bought as a gift for a friend. The machining is beautifully done, and it weighs like a feather. It's also discreet, can't really tell what it is.

Nice little knife.
Well, to put it as simply as possible, it's razor blade sharp because it's a scalpel blade. It is mounted in a nice tiny mount that fits nicely on your key chain. It definitely needs to be treated with care, maximum sharps type of care. Put it on a nice secure key chain, you don't want to loose this little gem. It takes a standard #11 scalpel blade, so they are ez to replace.

Must have addition to EDC
This knife is beautifully constructed of quality materials. It has positive detents in closed and open positions. I now carry this in my watch pocket for when I need a precision blade. This is an addition to my EDC which includes a Kershaw Volt (as my go to knife), a Streamlight 1AAA flashlight, a 4" pair of Channellocks, and a Ruger LC9.
