Great book
Love the book. I will definitely get out of my same food group with this book. There is no pictures to reference to meals. The one thing I dislike is that the 30 day meal is in the beginning of the book but than you have to hunt down the page the recipe is on. Best thing to do is find the page and right it down on the 30 day meal planner.

Recomended
I've made more than a dozen of the recipes. Some I would not make again as the flavors did not blend well for me. But they have all given me a better understanding of how to cook for KETO and to understand the breakdowns of nutritional information. I've noticed a lot of the recipes use nuts or some type of nut oil. I have a server nut allergy. I substitute these items but I also know by doing this I am changing the nutritional values for that recipe.

Not as much information on Keto as I was anticipating

The reviews listed below are not for The Complete Keto Diet For Beginners 2019-2020. The five star reviews appear to be a scam; written by the same person. The Keto for Beginners does have recipes but it also contains a 30 day meal plan. The meal plan does not have enough information. The recipes are in the book, but there is no guidance for portions. For example the recipe for breakfast muffins make 12 servings, but the meal only plan only states breakfast muffins. Do you eat 12, 6 or 2; I assume more than one because muffin is plural. Very disappointing. Amazon needs to monitor reviews more carefully.

Few pages
I got the free book (sample book) then bought this thinking it was an entire book. This is has VERY FEW pages. Very disappointed. The description doesn't specify that it's not the entire book

Not what you'd think you really want.
I knew what Keto was, repeatedly told what it was. Poorly written, not one photo of any recipes. The meal plans are just 3 items a day, no one eats like this. It doesn't say if you can put anything else with the 1 item per meal. A muffin for breakfast a soup for lunch and a meat for dinner. Boring as all Heck. Had a few great reviews... Nothing new here. The directory is all in gray print, can hardly read it.

Very poor publication
Reading it makes me feel like I am in another country. It is like it has been poorly translated and has been patched together. I know about proofreading and this has not been proofread at all. Poor grammar, poor spelling, poor everything. I threw it in the bin

The book was written very poorlyAnd i felt it was a cheap copy of an original book would not recommend at all

Do not buy! I’m debating it’s authenticity!
This book is beyond unhelpful! It makes zero sense and the lack of grammar makes it impossible to read. There are no pictures and the majority of meals serve 6-12 people! The disclaimer notice also states “ readers acknowledge that the author is not engaging in the rendering of medical or professional advice”.

Not good if you're just starting out on the diet
I wanted a book which would start me off on the diet- hence why I purchased a complete keto book. Recipes are to basic and not well enough researched. Many ingredients are not made for keto diet.
