Very disappointed, it's a total waste of money! Avoid it and save your own money and time.
I purchased this item in September 2019, I'm writing this review in April 2020 so i have given this product a good 7 months of use before writing a review as i wanted it to be true and fair.It arrived well pack and very quickly.It came with the gun, protection glasses and the charging cable but no instruction as suggested in the sellers decoration.However I was able to find the instructions on a youtube video.I have used the product for at least 15 minutes, 3 times a week without fail.for almost 7 months.Yet to date I have found absolutely no difference in my hair growth at all.I am I white woman with dark hair, I have used it on my legs, under arm and bikini line continuously but I still have the same amount of hair as I had 7 months ago.This has been a fairly pricey complete waste of money and due to me giving it a fair go it is now to late to return it for a refund.I really wouldn't recommend this product as it most definitely does not do what it claims to do.It's been a complete waste of my time, effort and money.

Wouldn’t turn on.
I tried to turn it on when it first arrived, nothing. So put it on charge for 24 hours, the charger’s little dot had turned green, so I disconnected from the charger. I tried to turn on ipl and sadly nothing not even a light.
