Perfect as a small capacity, lightweight backpack for cycling. Carries phone, keys, wallet & a drink comfortably (which is all I wanted). Shoulder straps adjust and it fits comfortably and unobtrusively. No problems for rides up to a couple of hours.My daughter borrowed it for running and felt it lacked a chest strap but liked the light weight (she has a much smaller frame than me)

It is small bag but big enough to hold my wallet, mobile, keys, power bank, a very light wind sheeter jacket and a water bottle. Best for riding. The shoulder straps have net but it is sturdy. You will get ur back sweaty but that is a small trade off against the value it adds to ur ride. Not suitable for running as it does not have a waise strap. Very light weight. You won't feel it on ur back.

5l is about 5 cartons of orange juice - there is no way on earth it's that big. It's handy to have, but is very small.
