I like only having to take one pill for my pro and prebiotic needs. And this pill is vegan! Price is good and the product is good quality. I found myself having fewer stomach and diverticulosis issues after a few weeks of using.

I’m thoroughly enjoying this product. It’s perfect. It has no funny smells, small which makes is easy to swallow and there is no after taste. My gut health has improved so much! I will continue to purchase!

Love these pre-biotics probiotics. Always have a hard time finding something vegan. I am allergic to dairy and these have been great. Helps a lot with my intestinal issues. Thumbs up

I am on my third bottle of this prebiotic, probiotic. It has literally saved me a lot of heartache and mostly, gut ache. It seems to have "fixed" by intestinal tract. Even if I accidentally miss a day I am still OK. I will continue to take these in the morning. Before I found this product I was using a different one but one day decided that I might be able to find something better, and I did! Glad I took a chance on this. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you. Update: I do not understand all the one-star, negative reviews here. This product has worked wonders for my IBS for at least a year. I think I am on my 7th or 8th bottle now. Sapling even sent me a free bottle! It is worth every penny.

I received this product almost a week ago and was aware that prebiotics usually causes some kind of bloating due to their nature of "feeding" your gut bacteria. I started taking the supplement with a meal daily, and unfortunately after a week of continued use, my bloating got so bad that I just couldn't comfortably walk around anymore. I stopped using the product due to this. I didn't feel any health benefits but definitely felt worse. Only giving two stars due to them planting a tree for every bottle. EDIT: I upped my rating to 4 stars after the company provided me a refund without me even asking. Great customer service, but my stomach still unfortunately hurts from the bloating and gas.

This is my first time trying a product like this. I can say it does what it advertises. It has helped me not have an upset stomach from the Metformin medicine. Also helps with my ibs symptoms. It’s been such a relief; I plan on putting this on auto subscribe. I don’t want to be without it.

I would say these are great if you understand what they are actually doing to you. Their benefits are more so internal to readjust the probiotics and acidic levels of your gut and promote a healthy digestive system. Once you keep that in mind, you really start to appreciate these little pills. I’ve personally noticed far better output and a more balanced gut, making my stomach rattle less and accept healthier foods/turning healthier foods into better energy for me throughout the day. It’s hard to notice anything right away other than the gas but that’s expected, and not, that effect won’t last long so you won’t have to worry. Overall happy with the little pills and hopefully buying more soon

It's a tad stinky when you first open the bottle, but it's very easy to swallow (the pills are not too large) and after a couple weeks of taking it my gut issues have stabilized. I used to have to sit on the toilet for a while due to pain, as well as have gas and bloating after dinner - Sapling Pre + Probiotics dampened the debilitating effects of my IBS and made life a little more comfortable. It's a fantastic product for the price.
