The older I get, the more interested I become in simple, natural foods valued for generations. I’m also paying much closer attention to ingredient labels. Good chocolate taste.. Expensive. Need to include a scoop.

We all know fermented foods are good for us, and we love this one, it's an addition to our daily protein shake. Truthfully it has such a wonderful earthy fragrance, I'd almost buy it just to smell it. I've also used it in making no bake chocolate oatmeal cookies rather than using cocoa powder and it has worked great. It's a staple item in my pantry. Order a couple of bags, use it and then subscribe to it. Our family loves this company's products and have been using them for years.

Again, I don't know how effective this is. I only tried it once. I put it in yogurt, not too bad as far as taste, stirred in pretty well. That the amount would last me more than a month. That's why I like tinctures in that they last much longer. So I'm a little on the fence about price. It's low in sugar, it does dissolve well into yogurt. It added a little bit of taste. And it wasn't bitter or anything like that. I would recommend.

I loved the flavor of this its very obvious but its expensive for regular use...if that's not a problem and you are a highly taste sensitive endowed person...you will be most happy with this...
