Excellent!
Well after purchasing I realized there's a clever shortcut to take that means I could have just used a 50' cable instead of the 100' so there's a big spool of it hidden in a closet now!It works great and have not had any connection issues with it.Being flat it's easier to tuck under trim, rugs, and around corners. The cable is durable and apart from it unwinding and twisting making a rats nest I had to fix when installing... It's been an excellent ethernet cable for my wired PC that's on the opposite side of the house from the modem.10/10 recommend this cable for home use to others. But 100' is way more than you'd think, even when tucking the cable around several walls and down stairs it was double the length I ended up actually needing!

Against a white baseboard with a clear tape instead of the staples, it is almost invisible.
This cable is flat, and I never used one like it. I was concerned about corners but no trouble. It includes flat fastners which nail in, instead I used the double sticky tape. Brand: VERSAF Double Sided Tape Heavy Duty-1/2"10' Acrylic Strong Adhesive Removable Double Sided Mounting Tape Clear I think the narrower tape would be better.I liked the connections which have a strain relief design. I used it to connect my cable router to TV it replaced a Cat 5e. While I didnt notice any difference, it allows for faster flow. Against a white baseboard with the clear tape instead of the staples, it is almost invisible. Great product.

Great ethernet cable. However, there is little difference between Cat6 and Cat7 in download speed.
The cable is great. The length and width of the cable are perfect as I didn't have any ethernet installed in my house so I needed it to run some already terminated cable for both my Xbox and Desktop PC. I first got a cat6 75ft cable which was NOT flat making it harder to get through holes in walls and floors so the flat cable helped a lot with running the cable through the house. Internet speed is very important for most people so I tested both cables (cat6 vs cat7) on the same Desktop PC. The pictures show the speed of each cable. (Note: 1.0Gbps = 1000Mbps) The first speed test is done with cat6, the second speed test is done with cat7.

Comes with right-sized cable clips!
Might seem trivial, but it not only comes with cable clips, they're designed for the flatness of the cable I just needed a new cable of the length, but being able to "clip" it to the wall was a handy way to manage cables.Update January 2021: I just bought a second one. The cable is so thin, it barely makes a difference, which is perfect. I reconfigured the room, so I have two of these flat cables and a (thick) coaxial cable in a Floor Cord Cover in front of a patio door for safety. They all fit (the coaxial under one flap and the two flat cables under the other). When you can't customize where your outlets are, this cable is a good solution.

Works... most of the time
I bought because my old one had broke, and at first the cable had been working fabulously and was making my gaming experience faster and better than ever before with even frames being on point for games especially for online gaming. With this new cable it has made life much easier and stress free with me not having to worry about lag and for the most part my ping has always been very low, even reaching the single digits. Recently the cable has been an issue for my gaming and other uses of it, as of now it keeps on saying my lan cable has disconnected, and at first it was every now and then but now it has become a major issue saying it has disconnected almost every hour and now it has kinda just became a pain in the butt but I guess it alright, and I should've got the protection plan.

Great Cat7 Ethernet Cable, built solid.
Ordered a 75ft and it came in 2 days with Prime and it looks and performs as expected. This is a nice flat cable with the ends solidly attached. I prefer this flat cable to a round one because it's thickness, the flat cable blends in much better to the ceiling\wall once installed. The only real difference between the two is that trying to get this flat cable to bend at a 90 degree angle is an effort in futility but it still looks much better then the round cable that I replaced. Also on the flat cable the writing is only on one side so it's not facing out when you install it against the wall, try doing that with a round cable, almost impossible.

Great cable for home wifi
When I received the cabe I a little worried at first because it is thin and pretty flexible. My fears were unfounded. My goal was to move my router from one place in my home to the other end of the house where my son uses his phone and laptop most often and near my wifes home office for a better signal. This cable was very easy to route through my house above a dropped ceiling in my basement and through 2 sill plates. The signal I get is consistent and strong. The cable is double shielded to eliminate cross talk and signal degradation.I could have purchased a home wifi signal amplifier set for a couple hundred dollars or install this cable. I believe that I made the right decisiosn for my needs.
