It only lasted about 15 months. It just stopped heating up.

Never had one before but this is great, healthy, convenient, and fast.

I love this product. So easy to use and the clean up is with a wet paper towel. Great to cook foods from scratch or reheat food. And the cost was at a super savings.

This is my first air fryer and it cooks food great. I like the fact they give you different options for cooking on shelves, in basket, rotisserie basket for fries etc. Cleanup is easy after cooking and it has a cord wrap on the rear of the unit which is a nice touch. There is However a couple small issues that others have mentioned like the racks I received were too small and the guides are too shallow for those racks. The good thing is Pinsoon has Excellent customer service! For a Chinese company I expected no response to my message but they actually responded promptly and offered to resolve multiple small issues and assured me that they are working on the problem, they sent me a set of brand new racks that fit better than the originals. The guides are still too shallow but they said they are working on a fix for that too and also will be releasing an updated version of the fryer soon. It appears that a couple people have already received the larger (updated) racks included in the box with their new fryer. I realize that issues such as these should have never made it through QC at the factory but it's great that they are willing to correct them after the fact. If you received the smaller racks and are considering returning the unit I urge you to contact Pinsoon first & see if they will take care of it. For those that don't want to contact Pinsoon to resolve the rack isssue you can do a search on amazon for air fryer racks and buy something for cheap that has 3 legs. I believe a 1" tall rack should clear the bottom fan just be sure to get one that is around 9" or more but measure first. I used a paper plate to get an idea of the size needed. The bottom fan is 7" in diameter, You should also be able to set the basket on it. Unfortunately I got one that is 2" tall and it works as a shelf but is just barely to tall for the frying basket to sit on top of. One reviewer said their is no internal light which is not true, there is an oven light that can be turned on while cooking and also a button which makes the rotisserie spin. A great feature is that if you open the door while cooking when you close the door cooking resumes automatically. Also the bottom fan spins just fine on my unit, make sure you install the fan in the right direction. There is an arrow on the fan that shows you which way is up. I commend Pinsoon for their steller customer service and for working hard to manufacturer proper replacement parts in a timely manner, most companies would take many months to retool and ship new parts.

My wife and I wanted to see what an air fryer was all about. We found this air oven. It works perfectly and saves us lots of time. It is big capacity and we can cook a lot for our family, great value for the money.
