I zeroed in on this thinking to replace a nespresso which I thought was broken. Much less expensive knock off has a completely different frother wheel and does not come close to that of the nespresso. This one made the milk foam up a little but not that much and left milk watery instead of foamy.So the vendor asked me to give it another try. The new unit arrived and I immediately found the problem. The wire whisk frother is not already in place but attached to the lid. I never saw the whisk attached to the lid on the first unit. Once I installed it on the spinner the frother works perfectly and makes the best froth. This unit is a fantastic deal for the price. Worth every penny.I especially appreciate the vendor for contacting me and giving me a chance to give it another try. That is amazing customer service. Thank you.

This works quite well, but the amount of milk you can froth at any one time is rather small (say about 1/4 of a cup). Also, the heating element burns the milk creating a skin you have to remove. It's not really hard to do so since it is non-stick coating, but getting a brush to where the heater is requires you to remove the mixing element. It's all a bit of a hassle, but not a terrible hassle.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this product. Simply put, it works! I first tried it to froth milk for a cappuccino. I used almond milk (being lactose intolerant), and contrary to other reviews, it worked perfectly. Then I thought that I would try lactose free skim milk and again perfect froth. I have yet to try the attachment for a Latte (less froth) but all indications are that it will also work well. Before this device I was heating the milk on the stove and was using a battery operated whisk. Even with a thermometer I could never get the milk temperature correct. This solved the problem. It is so easy to use. Just fill to the correct level and press the button, perfect temperature and froth. Just be sure and read the instructions, simple, but necessary.

This electric milk frother is the best one I have ever owned! I suggest using whole milk, even half and half or even Vanilla Oat milk as the 2 % or 1% milk doesn’t not seem to produce a dense enough froth and seems to melt away quickly. My coffee stays hot and the froth is like no other! It beats the froths at fancy coffee houses and I used to work at one! You won’t be disappointed. My only problem in the beginning was figuring out how to use the cold froth method which took three attempts before I realized how to push the lower rim of the power button. It was tricky for me but maybe not for everyone else! Again the cold froth whipped up beautifully for my iced coffee. You will not be disappointed in this product but definitely be sure to read the directions. They are informative as it comes with two separate froth inserts. One for frothing and one simply for heating milk. I hope this helps :)

I don't drink coffee regularly. Never have. However, I do like it every once in awhile and my husband drinks it daily.I do however like cappuccinos and frappuccinos, etc. What I call the fancy coffee...lol.I don't drink them often either being diabetic.That being said, we prefer making stuff at home when possible.My friend bought one of these and absolutely loves it. We have used ours a couple of times. Easy to clean and use. There is even a color button...red hot...green not...lol. I know the description said to use only whole milk, but we don't buy whole milk. We buy 2% regular and unsweetened almond milk. The 2% works well. I haven't tried the almond milk yet.This is so out of the realm of my knowledge. There are so many of these suckers out there. If it wasn't for my friend, I'd still be search for one. ❤

This Milk Frother quickly became essential for my morning coffee routine. It's very quiet, fast and really easy to use.I spray rinsed it every morning to remove any remaining milk and didn't realize the whisk had fallen into the disposal. I ground the spring up pretty good. I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement part. They emailed back that they don't have parts. They sent me an entirely new Milk Frother immediately even though it was definitely not the fault of the product but my mistake. I was amazed that they were so expedient and helpful and generous. I am so glad to have the ability to use their machine once again. Not many companies would follow through in this way!

(I use an almond milk creamer, and I get the most foam out of it. ) it is literally the milk frother I didn’t know I needed. Had it for a couple days and everyone in my house loves it. It exceeds the expectation.***update***finally posted a picture. I used Starbucks nondairy creamer to make the foam.

This frother was delivered early yesterday morning and when I opened the box it came in, it was packed really well. I read the instructions on how to use it and they were very easy to follow! After I figured out how to use it, I decided to froth some 1 percent milk in it and it did an outstanding job!! I highly recommend this to anyone:)
