Sensitive Skin you’re covered
Incredible product! I prefer this over starpil. I do not breakout when I wax. I wax all over with this product.

won't do again
I found this wax challenging to work with. First, don't store in a really hot place. These hard wax beads are nicely packaged and look like small white disks with a little hole on the back. Upon opening the bag they have a sweet coconut smell to them. Online instructions state you can microwave, but bag instructions only direct to use a wax pot. I used the microwave first which took at least 3.5 minutes to get even start to melt these pellets.; complete melt within 1 minute after that so slow going. They melted evenly in bowl to a cream consistency. I suggest using right away because soon as it starts to cool it gets stringy when manipulating. Application was easy, just layer on. I lifted a corner and pulled and the pain was not fun. Don't know where people got the idea this doesn't hurt but it does. The bag says for it's sensitive, but that is a no go. Most of the hair did pull up though. A straggler here or there but for the most part, it did the trick. Pulls off as one big hard piece. I used my candle wax melting pot and it was a slow consistent melt and keeps the wax warmer and more pliable than removing from microwave. However, this wax does not come off whatever you used to melt it, so use containers wisely. Overall it does what it's supposed to do, is messy, and is very painful. if you are consistently into this sort of thing then I'd say great product. For the casual user like myself, i'd say pass.

Affordable for a hard wax
I don't recommend using the microwave because the wax cools down too quickly to use - so unless you're planning on only waxing your lip, buy a wax warmer. My wax did not come in a singular mass like the other reviews mention, and I live in southern California where it's currently summer.I don't hate the smell but if you're sensitive to fragrances you may not like it - it's very much a cheap synthetic coconut-y vanilla smell. I personally would prefer unscented wax over this particular scent but maybe that's just me.Since it's hard wax, you don't need strips, there's no sticky cleanup, and best of all it's okay to go over the same spot multiple times (unlike soft wax).It doesn't exactly feel good but it sure beats epilating by a long run.One thing I noticed is while this was great at getting coarse hairs, it struggled with fine hairs. Although I think this is a characteristic of hardwax itself and not this specific brand. If this is breaking mid pull, you're not applying this thick enough.Overall, this is an affordable hard wax. With the right application and technique, this gets the job done.

Work fine
These beads work fine but aren't the best value and I don't understand why they are supposed to be for profession use only as they seem to be the same as similar beads. Maybe that is to justify the higher price? Shop around!

Difficult to melt
I have a wax warmer, which I always use. I don't have much hair though, so I don't wax very often. These did not melt readily or consistently. They did work once applied, but it will be a long time before I do it again.
