Perfect fitment / looks great / easy installation

Only issue were the generic install instructions. They did not go with the install parts that were included with my kit. I did find an install video on YouTube for another manufacturer that told me what I needed to do to install the shield. Some blue painters tape will halo as well to hold the shield when installing when you are doing it alone.

It looks good on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I've got a lot of good comments on it it's just a little booger at one spot to get onOther than that couldn't ask for a better product got it at a good price

Let me start by saying this the design is very nice and sleek. It came very fast. The price was right at the time shortly after I bought it about a couple days the price went up. I don’t know why. As we started to assemble the item noticed there were no instructions, also no double-sided tape for this vehicles … Not as easy as they say, not as easy as you think. Did take two people. The clip was very hard to hook on. It took at least an hour to assemble, very disappointed that there were no instructions had to find my own video online for my jeep because the videos that they have are for a big large truck Just advice it would be nice if you would include instructions for the vehicle that your buying, it should be instructions for the vehicle that ordered . Other than that the item is very beautiful. I hope it helps me on my travels.

Easy install except for the self-tapping metal screw. Just make sure to use a little bigger drill for the tap hole. Then everything else is nice and easy to fit. Looks great.

This is a great addition and looks really nice. I read some reviews that it will hold rain water or snow, but that's an easy fix. Just drill 2 small weep holes in the center along the bottom. you cannot see it at all and it allows water to drain.Other than that it's great! looks good and protects the hood from rock chips and whatnot.DO IT

This item was purchased for a 2013 Jeep Cherokee. The bug shield went on fine but the hood would not close. The shield hit the drives light so it held it up about an inch. I tried to alter the lower side to miss the light with no luck. Naturally after trying to alter it I could not return it.

The only problem I had installing it was that the self tapping screw would not. I needed to drill a pilot hole to get the screw in. For me, this is not a big deal. The other holes lined up perfect. Took me about 20 minutes to install on my 2017 Jeep GC. Before this Jeep I had a 2004 Jeep GC that I drove for 13 years. I also put a bug guard from AVS on it shortly after I bought it. It was still in perfect shape when I traded it in. I had also installed the AVS rain defectors on all 4 windows ( on my 2004) when I installed the bug guard. They were also in perfect shape when I traded it in. I also have the AVS rain guards on my 2017 Jeep and my wife's 2011 KIA (since day one). Excellent product!
