Culturelle Kids Probiotic + Fiber Packets, Ages 1+, Unflavored, 60 Count

These packets have been amazing for my autistic daughter. They help keep her regular, support a healthy gut, and make her stools much softer, which has really helped with the constipation caused by the regular Pediasure without fiber. Right now, her only safe foods are applesauce, mashed potatoes, and Pediasure, so I mix one packet into her Pediasure every day. It’s completely tasteless, so she doesn’t notice it at all, making it incredibly easy to use. The added probiotics have been a great benefit for her digestive health, and we’ve had no issues with the taste. While we use it primarily for digestion rather than joint health, it’s been an excellent addition to her daily routine, and I’ll continue purchasing it.

I would definitely buy it againMy 3-year-old daughter has suffered constipation since she was 10 months, it is a problem whenever she tries to make him two because she did not evacuate everything she had stored inside and made very hard balls like rocks and I have tried everything for her but it did not work for me, her pediatrician had prescribed me the mirelax as powder and it worked but it took away her appetite and then I removed it because I was not very convinced ... Ok. So I bought this for my autistic 8 yr old daughter who struggles with bad constipation. Well it's gotten so bad the last few months that I kept finding streaks or mushy turd balls in her underwear like 6x a day. I have tried so many other products and they either didn't work or had her going in her pants non stop. So far I give her one pack a day In her water which mixes so well and flavorless(trust me she would notice) her poops are more soft and she's been more consistent with going on the potty and hasn't been holding it in. She hasn't had any accidents in her underwear since we started this a few weeks ago. Dare I say the word miracle? I'm about to order my second box bc I never want to run out..I wish I found this a long time ago when my son was little bc so many sleepless nights. Worrying about ur child's bowel habits is such a struggle. Let's just say IYKYK lol BUY IT!!!

Our kid has struggled with regularity, mostly because he refuses to eat either fruits or vegetables OR drink juice. He's peculiar, and it leads to difficulties with pooping. We had been trying the fiber gummies but then he went through a couple weeks where he wouldn't eat them at all. So I began looking for other options. We first tried this about a month ago, using one pack per day, and while I haven't seen him pooping more regularly (he goes every 2-3 days usually), he does seem to struggle less -- there have been fewer tears, the poops are less chunky and while firm, a more consistent consistency (sorry, can't think of how to say that better), and there has been less strain on his anus (in the past, after a particularly difficult or chunky poop, there would sometimes be a little blood where it had to stretch too far). We are going to try another month of the Culturelle to see if the trend continues, and I may up the dosage to twice a day to see if there is any change.Some other parents complained about the powder not fully dissolving and that their kid wouldn't drink it. We haven't had any issues in that regard, but our son is used to powders in his milk. We've used a toddler supplement powder to help ensure he's getting nutrients during especially picky phases, and I also crush up his chewable vitamin into his milk (he doesn't like eating them, and gummy vitamins don't usually have iron) so there hasn't been a problem with him drinking the Culturelle. Now I've only ever added it to milk -- not juice or water -- so I don't know if that helps mask the flavor or the graininess, or if my kid is just truly a champ at drinking powdery milk. :PUPDATE: Since one pack of powder alone was not really giving us the results we were hoping for, we tried adding back in fiber gummies to his diet along with one packet of Culturelle a day and it's been working great! His poops are more consistent, smaller in size (because he's not getting so backed up before he goes), and there have been almost no tears at all. If one pack of Culturelle a day isn't working for you and you don't like the expense of doing 2 or more packets, try adding in the fiber gummies; Li'l Critter brand is 45 days worth for about $7.

Used this for my kid that was struggling to get enough fiber which caused a bunch of tummy issues. After using a few of these a day regularly, WORKED LIKE A CHARM while nothing else did. So, I have recommended this to every parent especially ones that are transitioning milks!

A family member suggested this for my son, and let me tell you—it has been very effective! When my son takes this, it really helps get things moving and supports regularity. He can be very sensitive to taste, so even though this is tasteless, he can sometimes notice a slight difference, especially when mixed with water, as it can leave little bits of pulp. Overall, though, it has worked really well for him!

Excellent! My daughter no longer needs to use a laxative. This product works very well for her and helps with digestion and constipation.
