Good deal
So far it's running smoothly. Will update if it doesn't. Product had minimal signs of wear and was delivered without damage.I wish the mouse and keyboard came paired though. It doesn't , so if you are buying this, keep a keyboard and mouse handy to setup and then manually pair the magic mouse and keyboard.

Topsy turvy but they recovered wonderfully
We are an all Mac shop with 16 stations....and we needed to replace an old 27 imac 27" iMac and normally go elsewhere but decided to research amazon and they had a used one at a great price....BUT it arrived poorly packaged and damaged and I learned after personally talking to one of their staff members who called.... that his particular warehouse of there multi-warehouse company did a know that they have had prior questionable packaging, as soon as I opened the box I knew i was SOL...the confusion was Amazon - they didn't honor returns on this product and it appeared the vendor didn't honor either, but a couple of emails with the vendor and few photos documenting the packaging issue and all was well within a stressful 5 days after shipping the damaged unit back....we got our new iMac 27"....the oddity was when they'd send me a message I wasn't sure if I replied to the vendor or Amazon then realized I needed to reply to the vendor...know that sounds dumb but you can't imagine the emails I was getting on this from amazon and the vendor, never knew for sure whom was my resource...regardless we got what we wanted at a very good price and we were treated very fairly...the product came as delivered on version 2

Decent with a few issues
Computer arrived in good shape along with a wonky British (?) keyboard and an Apple mouse. While Amazon's product info indicates it was first available in 2018, this must refer to the first time this "renewed" iMac was available. The computer is actually a 2015 model. The 8GB of RAM is a joke if you're looking to get any real work done. Then there's the setup - the iMac boots from a minuscule flash drive with the OS installed. The flash drive is easily updated, but you'll need to initialize the 1TB hard drive before moving on. Kind of a dumb setup but, if you're patient, you'll eventually have a workable computer. So, best to have a decent keyboard on hand and a good supply of RAM as well.

Might want to have a USB keyboard/mouse handy
All good, as described, good condition with one little problem. They keyboard and mouse were not paired and they would not pair after multiple attempts, putting them in pairing mode then booting the iMac.. Being battery powered with no wired connection, that wasn't an option. Fortunately I had a USB mouse and keyboard handy to go through the initial setup, then I was able to manually pair the apple keyboard and mouse no problem.

Best Investment Ever!
Damn, I was actually not expecting the quality of my desktop to be like this for renewed! It has exceeded my expectation!! I read a lot of reviews and almost didn’t get this one because of the keyboard/mouse pairing issues I read in a few reviews. But I’ve had no issues !It comes with a keyboard and mouse already, and once I plugged both of them in, they paired to my computer right away and now I can use them cord free! Setup was super easy and the desktop is extremely clean and no scratches or dents . The picture quality is fireeeee!I just received it yesterday and I’m already working full force on it! If you’re looking to invest in a great Mac Desktop, this is it people!

Video Editing
I Mac 27 arrived at the right time, It looks new, works perfectly, I made an up date for Mac OS Catalina 10.15.5 and put the 32G of memory, very good to edit in Final Cut Pro, and fast too. Excellent

The computer has issues
The iMac looks great from the outside however there is an issue with the screen. Diagonals or triangles will appear. Or the screen will start flickering wildly. The machine will then need to be rebooted which is annoying

It’s my Fav now, at first i was very upset
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. At first i was very upset with this product but after upgrading the software, it’s just perfect i love itIf you buy however, make sure you have a mouse and keyboard ready. The one they send is broken, it wont help you much.
