Love how easy these were to stick in my shoes. They also were easy to quickly reapply if needed.I will say be sure to do this for shoes where you have a bit of wiggle room or they will make your shoes pinch in other parts. I made the mistake of adding them to strappy heels and now it’s a challenge to squeeze my toes in.Also be sure to move them down a bit further than you expect so the raised bump fits just under your toes otherwise it will press up on the ball of your foot and add to the uncomfortable feeling these are meant to correct.Overall, love them and plan to add them to all my high heels shoes 4”+

I have bunions but love wearing heels! I recently bought a pair of 4-in heels that I love, but they were not wedges or platforms like I usually get. I was having some pain on the ball of foot and felt I need a little extra cushion to make these shoes more comfortable. I looked at a bunch of similar products and their reviews and chose these. I'm glad I did. These are super comfortable and give me just the right amount cushion without making my shoe too tight. I like that I got 2 pair in 3 different colors so I have options for different shoes. I would definitely recommend these if you need some extra cushion in your shoe.

This is the first time of me to try a product like this. I love wearing heels but usually switching to sneaker after 1-2 hours wear. Using these pads seemed to make my feet feel more comfortable and eliminated pain I would normally wear. I'm so thankful that I have this product

These pads are great! I put them in my sneakers and they stay put! They can be removed and repositioned many times and adhere so well for the entire day! I must have walked miles throughout New York City in the heat and humidity this summer, and my feet survived!! I’m still on my first pair and they are holding up very well. Great product, great value and adhere better than name brand foot pads!

I don’t usually write reviews but I use them all the time, so I thought this might help. The heel cushion completely shredded after half a day of use, then when i tried to take it out, the glue won’t come off my shoe. Other cushions won’t adhere to the cottony leave behind and the sticky tape is very uncomfortable so I ruined a beautiful pair of shoes. Awful product.

Super fast delivery! They arrived before my family started hiking, wearing hiking shoes for more than 6 hours/day was not an easy task. I bought this metatarsal pads to put in my shoes which was fits perfectly. Thick enough to decrease pressure from my feet and prevent sliping away after foot 's sweating.Makes me more enjoy the trip .Thank a lot！

I found these to do exactly what they are supposed to do. They increased comfort in the right spots and improved the fitment where the shoes were lacking. They did provide some extra cushion as well, not much but some. I was surprised at how well they stayed put. The adhesion of these is great. All in all these cushions seem to be a good product that I would use again if I ever have a shoe that doesn’t fit quite right or for a shoe that rubs. Also a great deal for the price. The only con I have is I wish the set included an even thicker pad to help with sizing issues. But that is not worth a star.

It's difficult to place these in the right location in the shoes. The tackiness of the product is very good, but is one of the reasons it was difficult to place in close toed shoes. I had trouble getting the product off my fingers making it difficult to correctly place the product in my shoes. Then, it's a challenge to get my feet into the shoes without causing the product to curl up. Yes, it can be cleaned off and will refasten, but it really isn't worth it to me.

heloma molle is a soft callus or corn that commonly occurs at the fourth interdigital space, between the fourth and fifth digits. I was operated on my foot because of friction and the callus forming between my 4th and 5th toes. The surgery consisted of filing down a metatarsal bone , due to a previous injury ,so friction would be alieviated How ever it did not solve the problem and wearing shoes caused constant friction causing pain and more callus formation. Not willing to have another surgery I had been looking for anything that would ease the pain . This product really helps me more than you can ever imagine. I am now able to walk long periods of time without the burning and stabbing pain accompanied with the condition. I hope this will help anyone looking for an alternative solution to reducing their pain when wearing shoes and walking. I am so happy I found this site and want to share my satisfaction for the product.

good! I have really sensitive feet, they get swollen easily! after 10mins in heels my feet CANNOT. I love heels and my boyfriend was really trying to make me happy by finding a solution to that, so he bought me these and they help a lot. my feet doesnt hurt as much anymore and get swollen only after a lonnng time!! really happy about that and will rebuy!best one on the market!

I would prefer few of them a little more bumpy/thicker. I dont know how long it will last before it flattening off. Good glue.

These are working well in my boots, where the inside back has a bend that rubs on my heel. I’m happy with them.
