When i choose the all black lettering on this page it still shows red/black in cart?

The black was not an option when I purchased. However the little bit of red does say look at me "I have twin turbochargers! " if that is why you are labeling your vehicle.

how to remove an old badge that lost is color?

Heat it up with a hair dryer or let it sit in direct sunlight. Use fishing line to pull behind the adhesive to remove it. Goo Gone should take off the leftover adhesive.
