This is not just a good gluten free pasta, it’s good pasta, period. It tastes like regular pasta to us, and those tiny little circles hold up to cooking and reheating exceptionally well. The one thing I missed when going gluten free, were the different pasta shapes. For years, there was only spaghetti and elbow macaroni, and if you were lucky, shells or rigatoni. Now there is a much larger choice, and it’s fun to indulge. These are just so darned cute that they make me smile. I was never a fan of spaghettis because the texture always seemed rubbery, and they tasted like the tin can that they came in. These are so much better. They taste like real pasta, and you can put any sauce you want on them. I’m partial to a cheese sauce, or tossing them in soup or broth. While these are more expensive than other pastas, buying the four boxes is cheaper than one or two. Shipping was super fast too. One word of caution: there is a lot of pasta in those little boxes. Don’t dump the whole box in boiling water, because you will have several days of leftovers. Not that my family or I minded. These are just so good, and have an unbelievably good texture. This is my new go to brand. UPDATE: When I bought this pasta, it was four boxes for twenty eight dollars. That’s expensive, but fifty two dollars to a hundred, is highway robbery. I will not be paying such inflated prices, because I simply can’t afford it. This is like being punished twice. We have celiac disease, which is difficult enough, but why do people want to punish us with hyper inflated prices besides?! I wish Amazon would carry this in stock and put it on Subscribe And Save, because then it would be more reasonable and affordable. I am not pleased. It’s time we all started saying no to people who want to make unreasonable profits at our expense.

My husband prefers gluten free pasta and this Pastina is very good!

I absolutely love all of Le Veneziane’s pasta- hands down the absolute best gluten free pasta. The Anellini (tiny loops) are great in soups, they hold up as well as any regular pasta, and there’s a favorite dish I make that calls for orzo- this is the perfect substitute! Anything I make with this pasta gets enjoyed by everyone, whether they are on a GF diet or not.

I've been looking everywhere for these noodles. I used to buy them in a local grocery store but they've been pushed out by the latest gluten free brands. These are corn pasta, which is a plus for me. They are soft when cooked but not mushy. I'm celiac, my kids are gluten sensitive but my picky husband is not. Normally, I have to make two versions so he doesn't have to eat our noodles. These little noodles make amazing chicken noodle soup that we can all enjoy. They are a delight to eat, allowing for slurping up from your spoon. I will definitely be back for more!

Delicious and children love it. Great in soups, pasta salads, spaghetti o’s. Great because it is gluten free.

I'm gluten free and allergic to rice so other than a few brands of lentil pasta there's not much I can have. Lentil pasta pretty much only comes in penne, fusili, and spaghetti unless your hunting hard and paying maximum $$$. These were a fun novelty for me. So many great reviews so I took a chance on a bulk order and glad I did! I primarily ordered these for soup. Especially pureed "cream of" types that could use some visual and textural interest. But to be honest the first thing I made was spaghetti o's from scratch 😂 (thank you CCK). Just be sure to use a much larger pot than you think because these foam a TON! Made a mess of my cook top and burner the first time.

I’d give it more stars if I could. This pasta will never ever be out of my house!!!

I don't know why I especially missed the tiny pasta shapes when I was diagnosed Celiac many years ago. These really make me happy though. They taste good, cook quickly, and I don't have to feel as jealous when in the pasta aisle anymore.
