I have a trektop installed part number 54922-35. Would these windows fit to replace my damaged windows?

No those windows will not fit the Trektop Glide 54922. You would have to contact customer service to get the replacement windows.

My existing top is bestop 5682235. Can I use the existing hardwar for this top?

No - I would suggest you call besttop and let them know what you have and what you need. they are great to work with

I have a 2013 sport wrangler do I have to buy any hardware or am I good just buying this item

If you do not already have the Bestop Trektop NX on your Jeep then this Trektop NX Replacement Skin will not work as you do not have the correct hardware. I would suggest the Trektop NX that comes with the hardware you need, its part number 56822-35.
