Air Adjusting Regulator Valve with Pressure Gauge for Spray Guns and Air Tools (1/4” NPS) (Analog Pressure Gauge)

I paint swat trucks. Long story short I use an hvlp gravity gun (master pro 88 1.8 tip) to spray all manner of epoxy primers and base coats like waterborn and solvent. This works great on my gun and allows me to tune my gun on the fly. Basically instead of using a cheater valve (on the gun) I can use this to see exactly where I'm at pressure wise. (It has a diaphram) Also YES its aluminum and glass so gun cleaner ect will not destroy it. Just dont submerge it in paint thinner or well.... then its your fault

I am no pro but have experience with crap regulators & this one feels & looks good, it worked fine the couple times I've used it, also has a glass lense

It works, the price is not bad, so all in a positive. The adjustment handle though is *sensitive*. A minuscule adjustment sends the pressure from one stop to the other, but when you figure that out, it's okay. -1 star for that.

Easy to adjust and stays where its set. Consistent pressure and flow. Much better than what many guns come with.

Got for paint gun works well

First, this comes with zero instructions. Now I do get it—this is a stone simple doodad, but it doesn’t even have notation for which is input or output. But, this claims to regulate the pressure of the air —to act as a reducer. It most certainly does not. Even the dinky pressure gauge attached shows you that. All it does is restrict the airflow (kind of like the cheapie garden hose attachment you likely have a dozen of). The pressure remains exactly the same, only the volume changes. I went ahead and used it anyway, as it was a pita to get it installed (location specific issue, not product fault). But if you’re buying this to reduce the actual pressure for an end-device that is pressure sensitive, this ain’t it.

The construction of this one is just better than some of the other inexpensive regulators out there. It has what appears to be real glass instead of plastic and the metal body feels robust. Highly recommended.

Husband is super excited about his new gage and he is absolutely thrilled with it so he will have a lot better luck with his air machine!!!!!!

The pressure control button is very good, no backlash and once adjusted it stays there !

This does not regulate air flow. It's just a ball valve with a pressure gauge. Completely useless to control air pressure at a paint spray gun. Used it for the first time, 4 days after my return window closed so a waste of money. The product is misrepresented. Amazon needs to correct this.
