J Huss: They work really well and you get three different levels for a good price. I’m trying to get back to playing guitar after a year break so getting my hand and fingers back in shape might help with the rust. They seem to be made pretty well may be not ass good as diadario but hey for the money you can’t go wrong.

Three of these are very helpful for exercising individual fingers. Also strength hand grip. Thank you for the invention.

It a return ,not new - what I paid for is new This is Amazon doing, a constant thing that keeps happening (like the 4 th or 5 th time) Other than that it seems great. If it wasn't a return it would be 5 stars

its okay. it does the job, especially for seniors.

These work well and I can tell they will be good for my finger strength. I use the heavy and my brother uses the x-heavy one. However, my intent is for my mother to use the light one and transition into the medium... but the strength gap between those is too large. The light ones don't give enough pressure to be much of an exercise except for people who are in rehab. And the medium are too hard for somebody who needs to use something just above the light strength grip. That means I can't really suggest these for somebody who might be elderly and might be in that range where the light grip is too weak, but the medium grip is too strong.

Bought for my daughter yo improve her grip for violin. One of the grips quickly broke.

These are great for strengthening your hands and fingers. Definitely helps with ly carpal tunnel syndrome.
