One of the Q and A says that it is made in USA- not so. The first thing I saw when the movers brought it in was large "Made in Vietnam" on the box. The loveseat was well packed, assembly takes 5 minutes and needs no tools. The color is an exact match of the Amazon picture. The construction appears cheap- the frame is made from a particle board, not even plywood. Despite its weight, the loveseat is easy to move on a hardwood floor. I imagine it would a lot harder on a carpet. The loveseat is comfy when reclined, but not when it is upright. The seat is much higher than a regular sofa, lumpy and not that deep. I wanted this model because of the adjustable lumbar support. It turned out completely useless- any adjustment beyond the lowest is too much. I settled on a 4 star rating because I think it is OK for its relatively inexpensive price. If I paid more that a tad over $1k I wouldn't be so kind.Edit: the fill settled after a month of use, and I use the lumbar support now and then. I'm afraid it will settle more. The loveseat has an uncanny capacity for swallowing dropped phones. Sometimes they get stuck in the internals and are hard to fish out.

Although I use Amazon quite a lot, I'm not a regular reviewer. But I had to write this review. I'm 64 and have found that regular chairs and couches make me uncomfortable and can lead to pain. I believe that most furniture is made to men's proportions and do not fit the average woman (I'm 5'4"). If you sit all the way back, your feet don't touch the floor. If you sit forward so your feet touch the floor, you're not getting any lumbar support since your back doesn't touch the back cushions. I found this couch in a local furniture store, but in the wrong color. When I found it on Amazon for the same price, I was thrilled. This is the most comfortable couch ever, not soft and squishy, but supportive. The adjustable lumbar support is great. The leather is great quality. Beware delivery, however. Even though his delivery ticket said drop at door, he bought it in, unpacked it and set it up. He even connected the wires to my outlet. If he hadn't, I don't know what I would have done, as it was raining and like I said, I'm an average size woman and live alone.

Very sturdy, feels like 6 lb foam.Smallish and the adjustment selectors are so close they are difficult to operate.My daughter with Down Syndrome cannot operate these selectors.I didn’t think of this.It’s difficult for me as well.The head rest is nice.Overall, it’s just ok.Wouldn’t buy again

My sofa just arrived today - can't believe how soft and comfortable it is. A strong smell at the moment but I know that will dissipate soon. I also paid $500 less on Amazon than I would have if I'd bought it directly from Ashley Furniture. So far couldn't be happier.10-16-19 Update - The sofa was wonderful for the first day, then it started to get a loud squeaking sound, then it started to dip on the right hand side of the middle seat. I contacted Amazon to let them know it was defective and they are not only sending me another one, they will also pick up the original without any packaging materials. Got to give it to Amazon, you can't beat their customer service. I will update this review when the new sofa comes in, I'm really hoping I just got a bad one and won't experience this again.

We saw these recliner loveseat and sofa in the Ashley store with twice the price and decided to buy both loveseat and sofa on Amazon due to the price. The delivery guy came when we scheduled but he was not prepared to carry such a big and heavy piece of furniture and he was alone so he was able to only carry it to the entryway. We had to hire movers to get the furniture in and they also set the recliners which was not as easy as you might think. I don’t understand why they don’t offer an expert assembly option. But once it was set up we were very happy. The seats are super comfy and nice looking. The recliners work well so far.

We love this couch except for the hole in the left side seat. The hole is right along a sewn seam. The material ripped right at the threading. The other side of the couch is used more and it is holding up fine.I would have expected a couch that costed as much as this one did to have held up longer than it did.Other than the ripped material, this couch has been great. Very comfortable and the lumbar support is wonderful.

This sofa took about 15 mins to put together, the drivers were helpful, although you will need a couple of people to move it into house/condo. We live in an elevator building and had no problems getting into condo.A really, really good value, and it’s look beautiful. Ours is dark brown.

I am 270 lb. 6' 3" the loveseat could be a little wider. I Can fall asleep in it. Wish the seat was a little higher but I do like the features of this product! The color ranges from a dark green to gray depending how the light hits it.
