How long does it take to dry/soak in? Put mine on 24hrs ago and it's still greasy?

You put a very tiny bit on the sponge and rub it on well, you can leave it for maybe one hour and then wipe it well with a soft cloth. It will feel a little greasy but not too much. As you use it that greasy feeling will go. Don't put too much on or it will be very greasy. Hope this is what you need to know.

Will this cover up eirn mark's on arms

like a political scandal cover up ?? or like when you use makeup to cover a particularly nasty zit ?
