Well this fit on a500 Flex?

The box indicates for 590 and 590A1, however it is compatible with the 500, provided the 500 you have has the 7 5/8in action bar (existing length of your current forend). It will not work with the shorter length. I recommend this conversion highly. It's well designed, good material, makes for better control and safer operation of slide.

Yes it does. I have the 590s. Found a video on YouTube showing how to uninstall the stock unit and replace with the magpul. I completed the install in no time at all.

Will this fit on a 500 in addition to a 590?

Not sure but fits my 590 A1 for sure.
