I would not recommend this product. The tracking was not accurate and service was not helpful. After I returned this I went with the Whistle. I'm glad I did.

I'm curious where would my cat go when he is not at our property so I got this tracker. Set up is easy. There is an app that shows me the map and the path my cat walked by.It works but not perfect. It's inconsistent. Sometimes it loose track of my cat even though I can see that he's clearly walking. And sometimes the map show that's he far away even though he was just sit right next to see. This product needs a lot of improvement for it to work properly.

Set it up, put in our cat and let him outside. Worked initially then within an hour, began reporting he was inside my neighbors house 45 meters away. After 3 hours, i went over to my neighbors house. I try to gently explain that my cats new tracker says hes in his kitchen. He said he hadnt seen my cat. Im secretly wondering if hes abducted my cat but trying not to go the "crazy cat owner" route. After 7 hours it was still saying he was there and hadnt moved. My mind starts running, is he dead in the crawlspace? Called the cat and he shows up. Tracker on his neck and its still saying its in my neighbors house. Nothing i do makes it work so here i am 12 hours later. Want to guess where it says the tracker is?

When everything links together it's fantastic, but as it requires a clear GPS signal and a phone signal simultaneously the actual result can be slow to show the location on the screen. When in functioning live mode you can see where your dog is and whether it is coming back to you or heading for trouble which reduces stress level if you cannot see the dog. It's not good in conifer forests , nor in deciduous forests in full leaf, nor even along some roads (poor signals). Instructions can be found in the FAQ section rather than in a manual, and it takes time to optimise the system for your locality and usage.It was located through the app .Battery life easily enough for live tracking over a morning walk, and recharging easy.

This GPS must be working on 2G network , no accuracy, once it showed me that my cat is in industrial area and stayed there for 11 hours which was not true, one review suggested that this is a Chinese spyware I tend to agree, nothing makes sense about this product. It is also very difficult to set up due to poor English translation, battery life is unacceptable, now, I bought Whistle and I am super happy, yes it’s more expensive but it’s Cadillac vs. ford escort. It even lets me know when my cat is near the door after a night out, it has so many good feature you will love.

We tried and tried to use this, because of our wanderlust dog, but in the end, it didn't hardly hold a charge, and when it "connected" to GPS or phone, or whatever, we could not tell. My app on the iPhone said my dog was miles away many times. It was bogus. We could not rely on it. It was right only half (or less) the time. We also had to cancel the cell phone service we bought for it. SO all in all, we wasted about 80 bucks for nothing.

Tracked in the way, the instruction is understandable in english. Inserted sim card , the instructions indicate that it needs to be put on the street while it catches the signal. Catches well, approximately determine where the cat sits :) the tracker itself is quite light, it comes with a comfortable adjustable collar. The first day all works well.
