Daily tadalafil Caused massive acid reflux, then took too many antacids for a couple months, this in turn caused massive b12 deficiency. I then had severe peripheral neuropathy, which presented as that intense burning sensation in the bottoms of my feet. I bought these for an anemic dog and she liked the flavor enough that I started opening the capsules over her food. I tried swallowing a couple and they didn't give me an upset stomach. I didn't take them repeatedly so I don't know if they offer some secret health boosting effect being an educated medical professional I think they would just provide the same thing as eating a serving of chicken or beef liver for example.

Okay if you don't want to read a long message just stop here and buy them!!! For starters to give you my background and history I was born and raised a vegetarian my entire life. It was more a mental thing I couldn't get past as it grossed me out to the max. I also wasn't fed a great diet I was raised on junk food so really better said I was a junkatarian that ate no meat, no fruit, no vegetables. I was okay my whole life up until now that I'm 30 ... it's really catching up to me. My entire body aches and hurts, I can't barely bend over to pick stuff up anymore. I feel extremely fatigued, depressed, hopeless, every single day. I've also since having my third baby who is now 7 months old gained over 30 pounds AFTER she was born and I'm NOT breast feeding. This is where it's at. Iron is so often a deficency, especially in women, but finding a supplement that will digest well and be gentle on the stomach is not easy. These are a great price given the number in the bottle. They're a little big, but if you swallow other supplements you'll have no problem with them. I notice my energy is better, I'm less tired, my hair is healthier, and overall this is taking care of what my iron supplements were trying to do for a much lower cost physically and also from my bank account.

I've never been able to give blood in my life- nearly passed out twice attempting, and they could barely get any blood to even come out of me when I was a teenager. I was always iron deficient, which is very common in women (because we shed so much blood naturally every month) HOWEVER- I am NOT Iron Deficient anymore because of these!! I don't take all 6 recommended pills every day- I usually only take about 3 daily until I'm on my menstrual cycle- then I take all 6 during those days to replenish myself. I also take a combination of other things that assist with this- Creatine is my bestie now! Please girls- just start taking 5-10 grams of Creatine every day. It will change your life and helps with mental performance/sleep deprivation (I do a desk job and get way more done and can docus on my tasks so much better when I take Creatine.) And I also take several Dr. Berg Supplements- they are the most absorbable supplements I've ever tried (proven by my labs!) Speaking of Labs, I went and got my blood drawn for the first time as an adult after I have been taking these Liver pills for about two months. The lobotomist said I had "very healthy veins" and it was SO easy to draw my blood- it flooded out of me. She took 6 full vials of blood and I didn't even feel it, and I wasn't tired afterward. Yay! I will keep taking these!
