Accurate Results
The results are accurate. I have a cat whose litter mates died from feline leukemia. In the beginning, he tested negative at the vet. To be on the safe side, I decided to check again since this is a tricky virus. My cat tested "strongly positive" by the this test and has since died of the disease. I didn't want to believe the results but this test is very very accurate. If you have cats, test them as babies and again once they had a more "mature" immune system at age 6-9 months. If they are negative, vaccinate them. If they are positive, take them to the vet and get them on T Cyte injections or interferon and whatever antiviral you can get to slow the progression of this disease and test every 3-6 months their viral load. I didn't want to believe the test results at first because he seemed so healthy and then he crashed. This test is accurate!
