Knee Pillow w/Strap - New 3-Level Contour Memory Foam Leg Separator & Side Sleeper Design, Large to Small Support & Hip Alignment for Lower Back, Joint, Nerve, Sciatica & Pregnancy Pain Relief

I have really bad knees, I am a slide sleeper, and I sleep with my knees bent. Therefore I have a lot of knee pain at night. I was using a muscle pain reliever cream, and it wasn't enough. I bought this pillow and will not sleep without it. The pillow is soft, firm, and provides good relief for my knees. You almost get 3 adjustments wit this pillow. (1) You can take off the attached piece on the top (2) You can sleep with the attached piece (3) if you turn the pillow to the side you get another angle for sleeping and knee relief. I can actually sleep comfortably now and relieve some knee pain. Also the strap on the pillow is nice, because you can comfortably secure the pillow to your knees, for those people who toss and turn quite often.

I really like that it has choices in pillow width. As a larger person the added detachable layer is a great addition. Most of the other between the knee pillows have not provided enough width. This one is better. I do wish it was softer, but it is cool and does not make me sweat as some others have. I would recommend this pillow for larger people... It would be great if we could buy additional layers.

I am a court reporter and have had fibromyalgia for over 20 years now, so pain is just part of my daily life. I had seen various knee pillow advertisements on TV, and I wondered if using one would really make any difference. Amazon, of course, has many varieties, but I chose this one to try because of its high ratings and the options it has available. I've been very pleased with my purchase, and I'm so glad I chose this specific knee pillow set. The strap obviously is incredibly helpful in not having to chase the pillow around under the sheets during the night. Even if you move around a lot in your sleep, this knee pillow stays where it should. Another unique feature is the ability to remove a layer of the pillow to reduce its width. (This is a very easy process because the extra layer, as well as the leg strap, are connected to the main pillow with very functional velcro. It's not coming apart unless you make an effort to separate it.) I personally prefer the extra layer, but being able to remove it is a good option to have. The pillow's outer covering is quite soft, and it can be unzipped and removed and is machine washable. The inner foam is dense enough to provide good support, but soft enough to be comfortable on all sides. Back to the pain relief I mentioned earlier. I have only been using this knee pillow for about five days, but I can emphatically say that I have felt a very noticeable reduction in the pain I have always had when waking up in the mornings. I've done nothing different with my sleeping habits, so the knee pillow has to get all of the credit for the relief I'm experiencing. I'm certainly not claiming that I'm suddenly cured and all pain is gone, but I am saying that this pillow has benefited me to the point that I won't be sleeping without it in the future.

This is a great knee pillow. I like that it has a detachable smaller pillow which I didn't need between my knees, so I put it on my pillow when I'm watching TV in bed, it works great for that. The knee pillow gives great hip and knee relief from pain. I need a hip replacement, and I'm trying to put it off until the Spring. In the meantime, cortisone injections into my hip every 3 months and good hip alignment at night with this knee pillow. I used the strap once, but really don't need it. The cover is very soft and can be removed to launder. This pillow has really helped me sleep at night. I highly recommend it.

I really hoped with 3 different thickness variations I would find what works for me to help alleviate my pain but unfortunately after trying all 3 multiple times & positioning them in slightly different locations along my leg it just causes me pain in other areas if it relieves any of the pain. I tried going to the manufacturers site for support but it won't load. Because I used the item it's not eligible for a refund so I threw away money. I'm very disappointed & discouraged

The large pillow piece IS NOT MEMORY FOAM. Only the additional piece is actually memory foam. I still give this pillow three stars because it is the only one that exists which is truly thick enough to keep my top leg parallel with the other, as my physical therapist recommends. So, the pillow is still very functional, and very comfortable. While I have only just received this - it really helps my sleep. I have arthritic knees and even after shots and pain killers I can sleep without being forced to move due to knee pain while I sleep. I have had a few other products like this but this is better in several ways. First the extra removable cushion layer works for larger folks to help align things better. Second the strap keeps this in place without causing "cover pulling" issues. No more readjusting constantly. Lastly the material did not heat up significantly. While not listed as "cooling" I did not sweat from this. The material is soft and comfortable while the cushion is just firm enough - not too hard & not too soft.

Works ok. Not as thick as it appeared. Material a little bit rough. Velcro needed to be reinforced as was not stitched on all sides and was pulling apart.
