I have tried the Zhiyun smooth 4 and dji osmo 3 and return them, this is the most pro gimble i have ever used.

Was too complex for beginning user.
Unit was packaged very well. Seemed excellent quality w/ great fit & finish. Was going to use for upcoming wedding. Returned because: 1. Not compatible w/ iPhone 6S WITH smart battery case around it. 2. Can't read what I believe is Chinese language manual. 3. Quick Guide in English language was too short to learn from. Will wait until next year to see if there has been improvement.

Great Gimbal
This is the first gimbal I've owned, so I have no first hand experience with any other to compare it to. But I've done quite a bit of research online, which lead to this purchase. I'm very pleased with this product. Very sturdy, not cheap. It set up quickly and easily. The software app (Android) connected without any problems. The hardware/software is capable of doing so many functions that I'm still learning it all. From everything I've seen and read, it's one of the better gimbals on the market in this price range. I've no regrets on this purchase.

Awesome gimbal!
The product came on time, good condition, good quality, this is such an amazing gimbal! I really recommend it. However, I’d recommend to check the phone size and the gimbal size, because I struggle a little bit putting on the right position my phone, because it is kind of big and it didn’t balance correctly, but finally I could.10/10

Works for s10 plus
Best gimbal for s10 plus. Only drawback is lack of integration with filmic pro. I hope they added an extender with the gimbal.
