Is this night cream fragrance-free?

No. It has a light flowery scent… which is one reason I love it.

What does it smell like?

It doesn't really have a smell. My skin is very sensitive to a lot of things. This cream is not only a good cream for softening but doesn't cause itching to my face.

Does it help with acne?

I'm not really sure if it helps with acne or not. If I were you, I'd Google Q10 and see if there's any help in fighting acne. I'm 50yrs old and I no longer have that problem. Q10 helps me with fight fine lines around my eyes, mouth and forehead
