Hello, I love the workout a lot. I am 46 years old! If you like martial arts it is perfect. Best programm out there. After you are through you will no be a beginner anymore. I just skip a workout if it is too much for me and try to complete it the next time! Good training Jean-Paul

How long are the excises

From 30 to 50 minutes, including warm up and cool down. The time is usually broken down into 3-minute 'rounds', which contain up to 3 different exercises. Some if it is pretty challenging.

No weights. Just a good pair of shoes and a foam mat for when doing floor core workouts.
