Crate arrived in a pristine box, but upon opening it it was obvious the crate it’s self was ridiculously bent!! So bent in fact left to my own devices I would of returned it. However getting it in my car given its weight was not an option.My concern is the damage did NOT happen in transport it was obviously bent before it was boxed so it left the factory in that condition of that I have no doubt.My son in law came and looked at the crate and decided he could straighten it out enough to assemble the crate.It took him a very long time, because of the damage, but he being very handy and mechanical was able to assemble it. But because of the way it arrived after it was completely assembled some of the latches are difficult to use because the entire “box” is out of “square” (see photos).The metal pan makes a lot of noise when the dog gets in and out. Which makes one of my dogs reluctant to get in and out.I took pictures of two different dogs in the crate to give an idea of sizing for your own dogs if you attempt to purchase and assemble.Both dogs are 21-22 inches tall at their front shoulders.The crate will work fine for my needs, but given the cost of the crate I should of returned it rather than making it work.I gave it 3 stars for sturdiness because it is assembled and works, but arrived very damaged. I’ve only used it a couple of days so don’t know how it will hold up over time.

My 16 yo daughter was able to get this put together fairly quickly! Love the wheels that can be locked. Fits our 50 lb pit lab mix perfectly! Just added an old blanket and she’s completely comfortable! Definitely recommend!

We have only put our husky in here three times, and on the third time he managed to break the top lock and get out and mess up our doors to the garage. It no longer stays in place and we had to add our own lock to the top just to keep it closed. For $190 we shouldn’t have to be doing modifications to a crate after it’s third used. Don’t waste your money.

We bought this a few months ago after our dog destroyed his former crate. When it came, it was dusted with rust. I cleaned it and didn’t think much of it, but over the past 3 or so months that we’ve had it, it’s continued to rust. Also, today one of the small bars that make up the floor broke so there’s a good sized gap in the “floor”. Not sure how to contact the company.

Only 3 days if use and the metal bar on the floor grate broke! I expect more out of a "heavy duty" dog crate that cost me $200.00!!! I can't find any information on how to contact manufacturer either. Very dissatisfied

This is a very good kennel for the money. The only problem I had was when it came in and I opened it up it was completely covered in rust dust. I would recommend opening outside just in case this happens to you as well.

The paint comes off so fast and starts to look rusted also my dogs can open the cage I have three dogs and all of them get out
