I had issues in the past with sharpie markers fading over time on tags, so I was pleased to find that I can write on these with pencil, which is why I specifically bought them. I did not even try the marker, but the tags stayed legible written in pencil for the life of my tomato starts--legible from January until I pulled them out in December. They also didn't get warped in the summer heat, which other tags I've bought had an issue with. I've been able to take last year's tags, erase the name, and reuse as well! Good price and good product. Will continue to buy them yearly for my big tomato start sale.

This is a good tool but an unnecessary expense and use of plastics.

I propagate and give out plants to my friends often. These are wonderful to state the name of the plant and instructions for water on the other side. These marker is perfect for thin lettering

Great price for the amount of stakes, but the pen should be much finer and waterproof. They do the job, and I already have a better pen, so I am happy with my purchase.

Excelente producto

These are a good size and the material is durable. Thick but not so much that it disturbs the soil or takes up much space even on seed starter trays. The point on the market is thin enough that I can get two rows of info on there and the print still be legible while also thick enough to see from a short distance. So far they aren’t fading although they are in indirect sunlight so that could be why. The ink doesn’t wash off either and has gone through two rainstorms so far. I plan to purchase again when these run out.

Very good quality marker and lots of sticks

Have used these inside and outside this year. So far they've been sitting in my garden in intense heat, rain, humidity, sun for 3 months and no fading or washing away of the marker.
