Carol marie was launched in 2010 by best friends Jennifer Carol Kramer and Heather Marie White. The collection has an underlying vintage aesthetic and is comprised of statement pieces designed to update your wardrobe from season to season. While each piece is strong enough to be worn on its own, the collection is designed to be layered together. Multiple necklaces can be worn at a time and bracelets and bangles are perfect for stacking. Jen and Heather travel around the world drawing inspiration from flea markets and ethnic cultures. Jen and Heather met in 2006 while working at W Magazine. They remained close friends throughout job changes within the fashion industry. Jen went on to work at Vanity Fair and Marie Claire and presently works as a freelance magazine editor. Heather currently works at a public relations agency. They both reside in New York City.
