Used item sold as new. Non factory parts included & torn waterproofing membrane

The seller sold this as new but was a previously return. The waterproofing membrane is sliced in 4 spots over an inch long. The support is not factory, not even close. Which is also snapped and 4 of the 5 cross pieces. Box was retapped with what looks like 3 rolls of clear packaging tape.
