Al'Fez Falafel Mix 150g (Pack of 4)

I love falafel, have them with almost any meal and they're great in salads. Each packet makes about 12 ping-ping ball sized falafel, mix with water and then put them in the air-fryer for 5 mins at 180C and they come out absolutely perfect!The best part is you make any shapes you like, I made dinosaur shaped falafel and my wife was not amused! ha ha!

It is very easy to make and turned out pretty good, it makes eleven falafels, i used an ice cream scoop to drop it in hot oil

I like falafel but it's a pita to make from scratch. This was very quick and came out great, shallow fried. I may try adding a bit of salt next time. Made 8 balls, just enough for 4 falafel hummous tahini tomato lettuce cucumber mayonnaise chilli sauce toasted wraps for lunch.

Bought these a few times, good cupboard staple, very versatile, they make great veggie burgers too, or make into a pattie and sprinkle on a salad

Makes consistently good tasting and textured balls. I add lemon rind as a twist but it's easy to personalise.

I've been buying this falafel mix for years, its the best one to have at home for sure. I have trudged through the internet to find a recipe (using dried or tinned chickpeas) and even have one from a famous restaurant in Istanbul which everyone raved about. It didn't top this falafel mix.I use a little less water than they suggest in the mix though otherwise it is too wet.Also if you scoop out the wet mix with wet hands you can easily roll it into a ball for cooking.
