Amazon Basics 6 Piece Performance Bath Towels Set - Soft Silver

I love that these towels are not too heavy. I don't like really fluffy towels. These are very absorbent and soft enough for me. They do not leave any lint on me after drying off like so many others do. I am pleased and I will purchase more.

We are hoping to buy a bunch of these and to make these our regular bath towel. But I'm not sure. They look good and are nice and soft, but I'm not sure that they are as absorbent as I'd like. They seem to be shedding a bit as well. We'll see.

I bought these 100% cotton towels based on the excellent reviews. They cotton towels are lighter, softer, and more absorbent than my very heavy department store towels. I haven't washed them yet so I can't comment about lint or ripped threads.I like to use a dedicated towel to dry my long hair, but the heavier towels are too heavy to wrap around my head in turban fashion.. These are light enough to stay in place for about 10 minutes, big enough to fit around my head, and absorbent enough that my hair is completely dry in another 10 minutes. I am happy to finally replace my 30+-year-old Fieldcrest light all-cotton towels, which are no longer being sold. I just hope that they wil not disintegrate in the wash.

I never write reviews, but I was so disappointed with this purchase. I read the reviews and they seemed pretty good, but I did see some where people said they fall apart after washing. I’ve been a fan of the Amazon basics line, but these are the worst thing I’ve ever bought from Amazon. I purchased them for my sons dorm and when they arrived they were frayed and there were stings everywhere. I didn’t have time to get new ones and so I thought maybe I could just clip the pulls and strings and they’d be ok for now. After one washing they are frayed again. It’s awful!! Terrible product!

These towels are okay, basic towels. I had one that has several long loose threads, it looked like a cat scratched it up, but I immediately washed them before looking, so it may have happened after they arrived. Either way, that's still a big negative. They're very soft, but thinner than I expected. I purchased the twilight blue, and the color is a dull dark blue, not quite navy. Tbh, it does look exactly like the picture, so that's good. They're slightly better than the cheapest towels sold at Walmart, and I did expect better for $9/towel. I've paid the same amount for Sam's Club brand towels that were superior to any other towel I've ever purchased - including "luxury" ones from department stores that were $20/towel.

They are very soft and a good thickness. I love the size. They are a little bit bigger than my usual towels, but not the giant bath sheet size, which is too big in my opinion. It feels wonderful and absorbs well. I got these in Sand, and the color is perfect! Very glad these turned out to be so nice!

Good set of towels, excellent value for the price

These towels are great, but do not use bleach in the first wash load. The water turns orange at first, then clears up after rinsing, but it is a shock to see. Bleach is fine after the initial wash. I’ve used these towels before and they are really good quality and hold up well. Just don’t add bleach the first time you wash them.

My first impression - above my expectations. It looked nice and was soft.After first use - the material didn't look the same....After few uses - it looked like a cheap "rug".I wouldn't mind if the price for this towel was not more than 10$... but for more, I would expect a better quality.

These towels are so soft and absorbent. However, there are so many loose threads. Each time the are washed...more loose threads. If it were not for that, I would have given them a higher rating.

Me llegó el producto y no podría evaluarlo correctamente, ya que no lo usé.La caja y cuando lo abrías olía a basura. Las mismas toallas olían horrible. Sé que las podía lavar, pero en verdad era insoportable el olor, no sé dónde las tenían. Mejor lo devolví, pero hasta asco eso me dio.

These towels are cheaply made, are rough in texture and had the most awful smell upon opening the box. It’s was enough for me to pack them back and return them immediately. I didn’t want to bother washing them at that point. They’re a great price, but you pay for what you get ...and then some.

Wasn’t sure what to expect with the towels when I ordered them. I also bought the bath mats. It was so great to be able to match the colours! I would definitely buy them again!
