No documentation at all. No confidence
Item comes without any kind of installation instructions. When asked, the seller tells me to look on youtube but does not signpost.Also comes with no certification. Building inspectors inform me that for glass balustrades, certification should be provided! I get told not to worry - not sure that will satisfy the inspector.When initially asked if spigots can.be installed with 8mm x 100mm coach screws, I'm told yes, when they arrive, it turns out that 8mm screws wont fit through. Losong confidence with the item and considering a return unless some actually guidance is provided - for something stopping people falling off a.balcony, I need to know I'm installing correctly with confidence in manufacturer!

No screws included
Screws were NOT included in the purchase, which would be worth stating. I now need to purchase 120 screws to finish the job
