Almost A Good Deal
The product was sturdy and vibrant as described. We received the cardstock containing the letters to spell out “Happy Birthday” however there was no string to hang the cards as a banner. This means I have to use gas to visit a fabric store and pay for string or ribbon which defeated the purpose of ordering from Amazon in the first place.
