Luna Sea Cush-It Floating Rod Butt Cushion - All Species - Yellow

Used it this week fishing out of Virginia Beach for Tilefish and Black Sea Bass. Had a Shimano Terez 50-100 pound rod and the Cush-It fit perfectly on rod and cushioned the stomach from the rod butt. Caught 20+ fish (2-15 pounds) that were 300-600 feet deep with 16 oz. weight and dual drop rig. It worked well--after I got the fish on the boat, I took off the Cush-it and put it in my pocket so I could put rod in the rod holder. Would recommend this product--much easier to use than a fighting belt and saved both stomach and arm.

I much prefer this over a fughting belt. Simple. Easy. Works. Love it.

Now I don't need a gimbal belt, I just pop one of these when I hook up a big fish and reel it in. Not expensive and make a huge difference. I have the "All Species" and fits most rods, but for big trolling rods do go with the "Big Game" because it's then easier to remove it.

Perfect fit for my big game surf rods. No need for an inconvenient fighting belt and will save my stomach from the rod burn! I try to maintain a reel-nose-tail line on big fish and need to constantly move up and down the beach when bringing them in. The Cush-It makes me much more nimble and will help me land more big fish. Great product!

It's good and works as designed. It'll never take the place of a good belt though. Worth the money if you don't want a belt though.

This thing is a life saver! When you're bottom fishing and reeling in a big one and you have the rod butt in your gut or your hip or your leg, this thing takes all the pain away. It gives you more endurance to fight the fish and less bruises at the end of the day. Wife loves it!

Works great on a tuna stand up rod. Very comfortable and often fought over during multiple hookups.

Bought this last minute before a trip to Polynesia. Wasn’t a fishing trip particularly, but I did bring gear with me. Never got to do any jigging, but did throw some big poppers, and it is real nice to have that on there. It looks a bit goofy, but it actually makes handling the rod to pop the lure easier and more comfortable. First day casting poppers, I forgot to bring it, and had a big red sore spot under my arm. It fits really secure, still comes off easily if you want it off, but doesn’t fall off. Happy to have it and recommend it

Purchased the model with a slight defect for a reduced price. Looks better than expected and works as advertised. Will definitely be purchasing another one if available. Shipping came faster than expected.
