Perfect Price for Pectin!
This was a good price for pectin. I make jalapeno jelly and I prefer the liquid pectin for it, but I can't afford the liquid pectin for all the jelly I do. It seems to be working fine.

It’s awesome...Can easily be substituted for sure-jell recipe.
I make 1500-2000 jams and jellies a season for the orchard I work for. This pectin is great. You can easily substitute it for any sure-jell recipe. And you can make double or triple batches with no problem. The price is the cheapest I’ve been able to find and shipping was very quick. Would highly recommend!

The quality of the product is not as good as if I buy in small portions retail
The quality of the product is not as good as if I buy in small portions retail. I have no idea why but to make jelly from a red currant I have to tripple the dosage.

We ordered this product a couple of years ago and were very pleased with it. That's why we ordered it again and are still very happy with the results we get with our jam. We make our own jam in the restaurant I work in and get a lot of compliments on it.

Better than the "standard" gelatins and pectins bought in grocery stores
I love this for making larger batches when I have a bumper crop. I like that there are some instructions to use as guidelines that come with the order!Thank you!

Unconsistent
Sometimes this works great, other times it doesn't gel. It's extremely frustrating.

Good product, fast service.had to use one half table spoon more pectin to get jelly to set right. six and a half table spoon.
