I've had this for a few months and it works well. You just have to be mindful that it has a breakaway clasp, so it can come undone easily if it gets caught on something or you accidentally tug on it. That's a safety feature, not a flaw so I don't mind and I'm not doing a job that involves me being bent over or working in our around machinery. If you do work in or around large equipment that can snag clothing or jewelry, you may want to steer away from this and get something that holds your badge on your upper arm in a snap band or something like that. Otherwise, it's held up well and I'm very happy with the badge holder which doubles as a badge display.

The Specialist ID black lanyard is a great product for the price. A lot of other lanyards can run you $15-$20, but this one is less than half of what those cost! It is very comfortable around the neck. I have had no problems with rubbing or itching around the neck. The cards a securely fit into the lanyard and are easy to remove. It also contains a break away neck strap, so it's ideal when working in a setting in which it can get caught on machinery or moving parts.

It's a nice ID/badge holder. I like that it can be aligned vertically or horizontally depending on the direction your ID is oriented. I like that it comes with a detachable lanyard, or you can simply take off the lanyard and attach a standard ID badge clip (if you work in a place where a lanyard dangling from your neck isn't practical). It seems to hold ID cards safely and securely. Your mileage may vary depending on the thickness of the ID card your workplace or school uses. It holds mine very nicely, and mine feels more or less like a credit card's thickness. It might not work so well if you've got an oddly thin ID.

OK the title says it all. If you have a magnetic or chip type badge that requires the front to be open and useful this is great. The quality is nice, the card sits in the holder very nicely. my husband uses it for his government badge and carries his drivers license on the other side. The badge part comes off in a matter of a second or so, they necklace part is soft and comfortable to wear. I like how he can wear it vertically or horizontally. Extremely pleased

Overall, one of the best badge holder I have used. I've worked many places requiring a badge holder/display so you can take this one to the bank-very good with a slight stretch to the neck cord. Very user friendly with a cord long enough but not in the way.

The badge is light weight and doesn't irritate my neck, however the hook doesn't like to stay latched and my badge fell off twice. I used tape to hold it closed.

This is the perfect lanyard working in MRI. There are no metal components of it so it is safe working around the MRI scanner. The only thing I would like changed of it is if the logo was not put on the pentagon piece. I would of liked it all black.
