It works! At a good price too.
Bought one from the major reseller on Amazon and it just didn't work. We have a hundred of these in our apartment building, used for access to the garage level. To program them takes seconds but this one refused to be programmed. Tried using 3 different 'Masters' but no good. Returned it and ordered this unit direct from Amazon. Works great and was programmed first time with no issue.
