Cover is made of sturdy material. The picture window on the cover is a little on the flimsy side with a thin piece of flexible plastic. Pages aren't that thick of a paper and a little fragile. If you handle it delicately you should be fine. The plastic pockets are made from a thin weight plastic and either not attached to the paper or very lightly attached. A few of ours fell off with normal use of looking at the filled album.

I like that I could easily put a favorite our topic related picture in the front. It looks nice and is just the right size for lacing pictures and for viewing them. It was the right price and I purchased two. I would just like the plastic covering to fit a bit more securely if I could change anything. I am very happy with this album and have received complementary remarks about it.

We have purchased one of these for each our granddaughters for their Great Grandma. The lovely thing is that we can gift her a blue one if a little boy comes along in the future. There is lots of room for so many photos of each baby. This is a very nice gift to document a baby’s growth.
