To start the product arrived at 40% charged and it does take a long time to charge, don’t panic!! I left it for an hour and it was still at 40%, when I used it to charge my phone it quickly went to 39%.To fully charge it needs a good 10+hoursI have used this for an overnight trip and it charged an iPhone 6/iPad air/iPad Air 2 one full charge each with some charge left for top ups.Highly recommend this product

Bought this ahead of a trip involving a lot of travel time between plug access. This was the perfect solution. It is heavy, but it's no surprise given the power of this battery pack. Pretty fast charge time considering the high capacity - several charges in one charge of the power bank for your iPhone plus your friend's as well. Better suited to a backpack than a pocket given the size and weight. I used it with backpack that had a USB cable and external output so made charging on-the-go very easy and reliable.

It adds noticeable weight (more than bulk) to your luggage but in return allows re-charging both an iPad and an iPhone easily overnight in a hotel room - probably more than once. Re-charging the power bank itself overnight might be a challenge though as it's fairly slow, at least with the 12W standard Apple PSU that I have used so far. (I haven't done exact tests so this is just impressions from real-life use). The digital indicator suits me better than the clutch of LED's used by many such units. Overall happy with this as a good value and it will continue to join me unless I am really trying to travel very light.

It takes a bit longer to get fully charged from zero, but once it is charged it's a great thing to have on the go. It can charge a mobile device or even a tablet multiple times (when fully charged of course). It also supports fast charging which is great since my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) uses fast charging, but the battery on it doesn't last long. As it says in the description, it have 2 USB ports so that you can charge 2 devices simultaneously, but I didn't try that just yet. As for the charging, you can use either an Apple's lighting cable or an micro usb one. As for usb type c, you can use it to charge your phone if the cable can be plugged into a normal USB port on the other side, but can't charge this device with an usb type c since it doesn't have a port for it. The battery is not a lightweight device, so forget about any ideas to keep it in your pocket or especially to charge a phone like that (I don't think that would work with any similar device either, regardless how light the power bank is). If I am taking it with me, I place it in a backpack and you could charge your device like that, but my recommendation is that you take it out and charge it on a tabletop if possible or any similar surface just in case (can't be too careful as both the power bank and most mobile devices can generate some heat, especially if using fast charging) and probably no need to mention but keep it away from sun or direct heat sources... Don't know what else to say. It is a great device, nothing special about it, but no bad surprises either. It's not expensive, but since it is an off-brand device it could've been a bit cheaper. So, the price is kinda average and the device doesn't surprise you in any way, but come as expected...

First device could not fit any charger plug in, as the plastic cover did not match the charging socket layout.The lightning socket is completely covered up. Had to cut out the plastic around the micro-usb socket to at least fit the micro-usb charger plug in.Second device does not count the battery charge level. The device stays at 40% constantly. The reading doesn't decrease when I discharge it with a usb-powered device. So I don't know whether it carries on charging when the battery is charged fully - is this a safety hazard?

I can not fault this power bank at all!The specifications are very well balanced between weight, charges and lifetime.The indicator is a fantastic feature as opposed to the light indicators, having the absolute value is always better.I had charged this item up for a travel several months ago, and it still has well over 90% of the capacity remaining! I am used to these items discharging much quicker with time but this one had surprised me.Highly recommend, you will notice the weight but it is worth it!

Bought it for my son as his tablet is always running out of battery. It charges super fast and the battery last a long time. Very simple for my son to use, easy for him to know when it needs charging again.

Wet easy and simple to use, long battery life. however when charging the phone it does for a short time and then it turns itself off, even when the phone isn’t fully chargedPhone was at 1% battery connected it the battery pack, all good, about 10 mins later the battery pack has turned itself off and the phone isn’t even half charged
