Melodyne Editor 2 Audio Editing Software

I gave this buying experience and product the highest rating because everything worked out as expected. Delivery was on time and the package was in excellent condition. Celemony Melodyne Editor 2 is industry standard software for anyone involved with digital audio pitch correction/modification and other aspects of "perfecting" audio files (in standalone mode or as a plugin from within a Digital Audio Workstation [DAW]). One of the best things about this software is that the buyer can begin, as I did, with a version that does only as much as you want it to do (single track in this case). And then, as you become more familiar with the application and your needs grow, you can update to the full version, which is even more powerful. Tutorials are included on the installation disk, and there are excellent online tutorials available for a modest fee.

I have to confess - I could never even use this software. However, my songwriting son says it is THE best software of its type. He is very pleased in every way.

In my semi professional opinion. This product beats Autotune hands-down for stabilizing vocals and correcting pitch variances.* This product can be purchased without a hardware dongle unlike autotune.* You will need ASIO drivers to get the most out of the product, which is not unreasonable.* I also recommend i7 920 + 8Gb ram or greater to get the most out of this product.

This works great as a stand-alone product. It also automatically integrated with Studio One Professional. Capabilities of this product are awesome and conveniently implemented.

Great for putting old band tapes into frequency adjusted digital. ( They should not be requiring 10 more words. The system is wrong. Client's shouldn't have to work this hard to acquit themselves, by participating. Too much unnecessary working for free.)
