No need to cut or dissemble. Great arms for the money!
I didn’t even look at the directions until I got out from under the Jeep from installing both. I didn’t need to adjust the pinion angle so I matched the measurements from factory arms as I’m getting ahead of the potential death wobble.What I didn’t realize was RC wants you to disassemble and cut bolts. I installed everything without lifting or cutting anything. I got all four bolts out no problem, put together the new arms, installed the arms and torqued the upgraded zinc coated bolt kit I had bought previously. No issues. Did a run in table Mesa (judgement day trail) and everything is Gucci.

Really not ment for off road....
I've had the Rough County X-flex 6" suspension on my jk for about three years and honestly Iv grown to hate it.....I would not call my self a serious hardcore off-roader but when I do, I'm not easy on my rig..... I love the fact that I can adjust my suspension to my needs but I have been through to sets of arms and numerous flex joints.....I literally have to change the bushings every time I go wheeling and that gets expensive....see Rc changed the joints (which are total junk now) they went from a thick poly bushings to a thin plastic one,which snaps in half the first good bump you hit.....on top of that you can not order them from anywhere else but Rc (like the old ones you could order from Amazon) and they are not listed on the website so you have to talk to them directly to order...really the bushings is the only problem I have had out of it..... But when you have to constantly replace bushings it gets old.....in short I would not recommend Rc over any other brand.
