Very good supplements . Been taking every single day since beginning of June . Nails grow extremely fast . Although tablet size is too big for me personally , I’m not picky about it I just cut in half. The only supplement out of many I tried so far ,these doesn’t make my skin to brake out like the others did . Very pleased . Will buy again once I’ll finish my current bottle .

They are easy to swallow despite their size and the partly-peel-off-label provides further detailed information. The only downside is that until they have been purchased, this information (percentages of various components, not vital warnings etc.) can not be read.
