Can be tricky to fit and sometimes fails when used with Amazon Echo, but otherwise works OK.These switched look great and work OK. They are ideal for properties without a Neutral to the light switch. However they do need a deep patress. I have had to change 3 patresses out of the 5 switches I have fitted, which can make installation tricky.It loses 1 star because when used with Alexa or Amazon Echo devices the reaction time can be slow and sometimes it does not work at all. I don't think the issue is with Alexa as she works flawlessly with other brands of smart gadgets I have installed, but it may be an issue with the MiHome Gateway as opposed to the switch itself. I only have MiHome light switches installed so I have no other products to compare against.

Nice quality but TOO SLOW to respond to alexa commands sometimes. They need to improve their servers response times

I wanted to love these Energenie Switches as they match my wall sockets.But the quality is poor, the one fully working switch is slow to respond to commands and the other switch would switch on remotely twice and would only switch off via the button. Later that evening it would work at all from the Hub. Would only turn on / off via the button on the switch.Product returned.
